Seafood loses value by the hour, and most of that loss happens between the boat and
the chiller. This 60 × 40 × 35 cm fish tub is built for that stretch of the
journey — deep enough to layer catch and ice properly, with solid walls and a solid base
that keep meltwater inside the crate rather than draining it onto the floor of a cold room
or a delivery van.

The 350 mm depth matters more than it sounds. Shallow crates force handlers to overfill
and crush the bottom layer; this depth lets you ice above and below the fish without
pressing the catch flat.
