Product Description

Seafood loses value by the hour, and most of that loss happens between the boat andthe chiller. This 60 × 40 × 35 cm fish tub is built for that stretch of thejourney — deep enough to layer catch and ice properly, with solid walls and a solid basethat keep meltwater inside the crate rather than draining it onto the floor of a cold roomor a delivery van.

The 350 mm depth matters more than it sounds. Shallow crates force handlers to overfilland crush the bottom layer; this depth lets you ice above and below the fish withoutpressing the catch flat.
