Fruit & Vegetable Crate 58.5 × 38.5 × 21 cm

Fresh produce respires after picking, and trapped heat is what turns a good consignmentinto a marked-down one. The walls and base of this crate are open on all sides so air movesthrough a stacked pallet instead of sitting inside it — which is the whole point of aventilated crate rather than a solid box.

The second reason buyers choose this model is the return journey. Empty units nest intoone another, so a truck coming back from Al Aweer or a packhouse carries a fraction of thevolume it went out with. Over a season that difference shows up on the transport invoice.
